4 Easy Makeup Trends to Try in 2020

New year, new trends? Yes, please! 2020 is already off to a great start, and to help you get started with poppin’ looks here are some makeup trends to try out this year that won't take up too much time but will look fierce.

Color Eyeliner

On my eyes, I kept it simple to make sure the color wing was the star of the show. All I have on is the Killer Queen Fixline gel for my wing along with our HD Volumizing Mascara. I am also wearing a few items from the Madison Miller collection on my face. For blush I used Ollie Need is Love and mixed Moondance and Sea Shimmer as my highlighter. I finished this look with my favorite nude lippie, Bal Harbour!

Inner Corner Pop of Color

I used only two items to achieve my eye look our Black Fixline Gel with Brush #8880 for a dramatic wing since this look was all about the eyes and Arcade from our Glitch Palette for that inner pop of color. I mixed the shades 7.25 and 7.5 in our Absolute Cover Foundation for a flawless base. I used the New Cheer blush from our New Cheer Mini Set for the apples of my cheeks. For a subtle lip I used Verona all over and popped our Stretch Flexi Slick in the middle.

Bold Lips Minimal Makeup

I wanted to use as little eye makeup as possible, however, I couldn't resist eyeliner and lashes. Aside from that, I wanted the lip color to pop! I chose one of my favorite Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick shades, Milan,  because it knows how to stand out! For my complexion, I used our Derma Tones Corrector Wheel and our Wet & Dry Foundation, and for bronze and highlight, I used Hot Cocoa. I applied Hot Cocoa on the eyes as well with a little of the blush B-29 Coral Crush on both the eyes and cheeks.

Smoky Eyes

Smoky eyes have been around forever! However, they recently came into the limelight once again. I used three eyeshadow shades, Truffle all over the crease and blended out, Godiva to deepen the outer crease and Triple Black all over lid blended and smoked out with the other shades. I also added Verified for an extra dark wing and brought the shadows to my lower lash line. I finished off my face with Americano Bronzer and Bellini Blush, Star Island Highlighter and topped off my lips with Sedona!
