Doing my makeup usually involves me listening to music, drinking tea and looking up makeup looks for some inspo. It's pretty much a therapy session that could last up to two hours #SorryNotSorry. However, there are so many occasions in which I need to just get out the door ~mostly my own fault for hitting the snooze button until there’s no more time to snooze~ but I know I’m not the only one struggling with this!

Quick & Easy

If you're in the search to find a quick makeup routine that allows you to enhance your natural beauty and most importantly, look put-together, follow the steps below to create a no makeup-makeup look for those days when a full face of makeup is just NOT happening.

Step 1: Prep

Cool as a Cucumber Face Primer: I love using this pore-smoothing primer on days I’m in a time crunch because it works as a moisturizer and a primer all in one, and the fewer products I have to dig out of my makeup collection, the easier it makes my life. I make sure to apply in upwards, circular motions all over my face and neck; DON’T forget the neck! It deserves as much love and attention as the rest of your face.

Step 2: Conceal

Skin Sculpting Wand - Dawn: I typically apply this concealer by using the wand to dot the inner corner of my eyes, my lids, under my eyes, my forehead, and my chin. The wand makes application super easy so I definitely have fun with it! I will also go in with this concealer to spot conceal any blemishes. I then spray my Perfecting Puff with the Makeup Fixer  to blend the concealer into my skin. Tip: No time for a brush or sponge? Use your fingers for an even quicker application, the warmth of your hands will allow you to easily blend the concealer into your skin.

Step 3: Bronze

Francesca Tolot Gilded Palette: The Gilded Palette is my go-to for no-makeup makeup days because it helps me tackle a couple of steps without having to dig out more products (more on that later). This palette includes two bronzers: Bisque, a neutral bronze shade (the one I'm wearing), and Bronzato, a warm tan shade. Both beautiful colors, I usually go for whatever shade feels right that day! #NoRules. To apply, I swirl the Angle Brush #27 in even motions on my temples, jawline, and under my cheekbones.

Step 4: Blushlight

Francesca Tolot Gilded Palette: Here is a #MakeupHack for you Beauties - as I mentioned, I absolutely love using this palette because I can tackle two steps in one! It has two gorgeously pigmented blushes with a dash of shimmer which can create the perfect blush & highlighter mix AKA blushlighters! The Gilded palette includes two blushlighters: Versus, a pinkish peach shade (the one I’m wearing), and Venezia, a bright coral shade. Same as the bronzer, I usually go for whatever shade feels right that day and sometimes I even mix them together. Tip: You can go over your contour and your blushlighter with the Perfecting Puff for a creamier complexion.

Step 4: Mascara

HD Volumizing Mascara: This mascara is so gorgeous for a day when you're going for a minimal makeup look because it lengthens and defines my lashes without the clumping making them look long and natural! I usually go in with two to three coats depending on how natural I want them to look.

Step 6: Lippies

Flexi Slick - Stretch: This has been one of my favorite lippies lately because it’s a hybrid between a gloss and a liquid lippie, and with its oversized applicator, it’s a breeze to apply. This neutral nude shade is perfect for when I want to look just a little bit more put-together. I was so shocked when I first tried this because it made my lips velvety smooth, and not sticky at all! *heart eyes*.

Moisturizing Lipstick - Rose: You can also use this lip balm alone for a more natural look. It gives my lips a soft and rosy tint while keeping them hydrated. I recommend bringing this little gem in your bag as you will need to reapply throughout the day.

Step 7: Ready, SET, go!

Makeup Fixer: Spray your face as much as you want, I usually do three to five spritzes. This setting spray doesn't just smell incredible, it also shields your skin for 12 hours, while providing it with amazing nutrients like ~my favorite~ aloe vera. Tip: Get this one in mini size and keep it on you for a refreshing spritz throughout the day, especially if you are braving the heat during the summer months.

The Final Look

My goal was to look fresh, natural, and effortless with some #WokeUpLikeThis vibes. Did I nail it? Let me know in the comment section below, and send over any additional tips or tricks you Beauties might have!
