You can expect your retail order to be processed in up to 10 business days based on volume of incoming orders.

Where can I have product(s) shipped to?
We ship globally with the exception of countries in which our distributors are located. Please visit our International Distributor page at http://ofracosmetics.com/international.aspx if you are outside the USA.

How long does it take to receive my order after purchase?
After processing, shipping in the USA and Canada takes 7-14 business days. International orders vary based on location. All customers will receive tracking info via email when the package is shipped.

Why haven’t I received any shipment information for my order?

It could be that your order came up as fraud and we emailed you for verification. Please check your email and spam folder for an email from OFRA, if you have yet to receive any information after 2-3 business days of placing your order, please email support@ofracosmetics.com with your order number so we can help figure it out!

Why am I being sent an email requesting personal documents?

Your order came up flagged for fraud oh no! This is the best way for us to verify you made this purchase.

I do not feel comfortable sending this sensitive information what can I do?

Basically, we just want to see that your ID and last four digits of the credit card used coordinate with one another, you may obscure all other sensitive information so that we see the name on each card and the last four digits on the credit card to see that was the one used and that it is you who made the purchase.

Is there another way to verify my purchase if I do not wish to send the requested documents?

You may send us a photo of ID and a photo of your bank statement with your authorized purchase. Please make sure that we are able to see your name on the bank statement and the purchase made with OFRA Cosmetics.

What if the order was purchased by someone else, but the order is under my name?

That is ok, we still need to see the information from the card holder to verify the purchase and know that they authorized you to use it.

What if I do not want to send this information at all?

If you still do not feel comfortable providing this information to us we would be happy to issue you a full refund.  Please keep in mind all information sent to us is completely confidential and we have your best interest to protect you against fraud.

Am I eligible for a full refund if I am dissatisfied with my products?
Yes. You can receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date, excluding the original shipping charges.This excludes limited or posted special items (“Four Shades of Romance” Collection , Liquid Lipsticks in the shades “Miami Fever”, “Havana Nights”, “Aries”, “Hypno”, “Charmed”, Versailles", "Monaco", "Santorini", "Emerald City", "Fantasia", "Utopia", "Atlantis" and "Wonderland". Also powder Highlighters in “You Dew You” and “You Glow Girl”). This excludes special items and items purchased during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales Event. Orders placed between 11/27 - 11/30 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
